The Conference aims to:
- enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the participants in applying advances in science;
- uplift/upgrade the teaching and learning performances to meet the demands of science and technology education;
- explore new ideas based on advances in science research; and
- strengthen linkages which will encourage the involvement of science enthusiasts to worthwhile science activities which would gear up for progress.
Activities during the conference include interactive sessions, plenary sessions, and workshops.
The participants to this activity are the science supervisors, science teachers, science club advisers, department heads, principals, science coordinators and science enthusiasts nationwide.
Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP4,200.00) to cover accommodation and meals from dinner of Day 0 to breakfast of Day 4, conference kits, certificates, reproduction of handouts, honoraria, t-shirts, travel expenses. Participants are requested to confirm their attendance on or before April 25, 2012.
