This was repeatedly reported to your Customer Service but in vain.
We are just wasting our time talking to your customer service team as no respond have been given to our reported trouble.
With this, i would like to request your billing team, HOPE THEY ARE NOT LIKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND TECHNICIANS, that keep on talking and talking but DONT DELIVER,
Hope adjusted billing will be received.
Expect our request for DISCONNECTION anytime as we cannot bear with the type of service your SERVICE and REPAIR TEAM is giving us.
Hope the higher management will look into this ASAP>
