yong old atm ko muntik hindi ko rain nakuha kasi ibabalik sa kanila ang atm card para ma isyuhan ako ng bago, binalik kona sa kanila, yan pa ang inilgagay nila sa afidavit of los samantalang ang card na yan nan dyan na sa kanila tapos bagong update ko na atm yan ang na wala hiindi nila ma verifie ang card number,

may roon akong rcbc my wallet card, ang card ko na wala ito kasama ng bag ko, nag apply ako ng afidavet of loss binigyan ako ng bago ulit na card pero ito ay visa na, gusto kong ilipat ang pira ko, sa bagong ATM ko pero na incash na daw wala naman sila proof na na incash ito.

tapos wala na daw pera sa sabi nila 5k plus lang naman ang laman na pera.

Hindi ko alam eh may bayad pala yung customer care service # nyo,naubos yung load ko pero wala pa din ako nkausap.Pls,I need to know my atm account #.Can you send me an email pls?I need it so badly.Thank you.

i called trunkline 02 888-1-888, this day may 24, 2017 for 30 minutes using my cellphone, with frustration I was not answered by customer assistant, I consumed Php500 load and to my dismay i was not answered

Paano po ang gagawin ko nawala po kasi yung atm card ko po . Pwede ko po bang ipablock yung aking account salamat po ..

Good day Rcbc admin, naiwala ng asawa ko ang atm card na gamit nya which is akin na account from rcbc. Pwede ba na asawa ko tumawag sa office niyo para maipa block temporarily ang anu mang transaction pansamantala po?

A while ago,I was a victim of pickpocket and my RCBC Wallet card was inside bag. And was able to e-mail you online and just hoping for a confirmation that you were able to block my account as soon as possible..Hopefully I'll receive a positive response from you ASAP .

I'd like to get a copy of my accounts transactions from Oct 5, 2015. i think P900 was debited to my account yesterday since i have made a withdrawal. But the machine says it cannot process my transaction on that same time. I was expecting that i still have 1400 on my atm. But a while ago, after inquiring, i've known that i only have P500.

My Rcbc atm card is lost. I want to block my account but my problem is i cannot call free because i don't have PLDT LANDLINE. I aleady reported it to the bank but they just told me to just call toll free. Can i call customer service through internet?
