Last Aug. 10, I applied for Internet Banking and informed me that it will be functional on Aug. 12. So comes Aug. 12 and tried if I can use it. I posted my username and password but can't log in because "User profile is locked. Please contact customer service." I dial the number but the reply was it's already disconnected.
