I am emailing you to file a formal complaint against Danica Miranda from PNB-Banilad branch for having a rude and unprofessional customer service. As customers, we are asking for explanations to questions in a professional way. I wish for the company’s success and growth but I don’t think having an employee like her would make that happen. I hope this complaint would help you in maintaining good customer service training to your employees and select the best one
