I arrived in Manila on 11/15 and my suitcase did not arrive with me from JFK. An agent in terminal 2 provided me with a property irregularity report and that is the last I have heard from anyone. I contacted Delta in JFK who advised that I needed a file reference number from PAL to forward my suitcase. I have asked for help several times by emailing baggage_tracing@pal.com.ph but there is no help from them. I called the 2 phone number found online for baggage services at terminal 2 and no one answers the phone and there is not an option to leave a message. Not only does my suitcase contain all of my personal items, it also has my pain medication. I really need someone to help me instead of being ignored with repeated attempts to get my suitcase. On April 26, 2017, I took PR2132 from BCD/MNL. Unfortunately, I lost my boarding pass for this sector. I need it to liquidate my travel expenses. So on May 22, 2017 I requested from Records & Information Management Division for a copy of my boarding pass. They replied on May 23. We had communication exchanges and they told me my certification was ready on May 24. On May 25, I requested them to forward said certification to BCD City Ticket Office as I am based in Bacolod.
After that request, I did not hear from them anymore. I am making this complaint because it has been over a month since I traveled and I really need to have my travel expenses liquidated. Thank you for facilitating my request.
