I am a US citizen that is retired and now living in the Philippines. I have a MetroBank savings debit card account but I have not been able to find a way to bank transfer my money from my bank there to my MetroBank account here. Yes, but you need to activate first your Metrobank ATM card for International use. You need to contact your branch of account regarding this.
