WHY FAILED ATTEMPT?!
I RECEIVED NO CALL OR TEXT AND THE "DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS" ARE QUITE CLEAR.
I sent a package bound for Cebu last Dec. 4 at LBC Perdices unfortunately up until now package didn’t arrive to the receiver and it’s already the 18th of December. I can’t track my package I lost my receipt. Is there any way I can track my package? It’s been two weeks and nobody seems to answer your telephone numbers!

Very bad service. Very poor coordination between their central office and courier on the ground. No way to communicate with the courier and courier does not msg if he is coming na. We will make sure na future deliveries do not go through this facility Kay they really do a poor job of making deliveries convenient and easy.

Kailan po kayo magdeliver ng box na pinadala? Dumating May 17, 2017 jan sa lbc nyo , ano petsa na ngayon? Ganyan ba kabagal ang process nyo jan? Samantalang boxes from the States dumating sa warehouse ng manila the next day forward agad to Dumaguete to ship. Bakit jan sa Dumaguete dumating na nga hindi maedeliver agad. Ilang days maghintay??
