Phone # 09497669014 or 09984958940 I am one of your most dissatisfied customers I bought an air conditioner from Asian Home in Ayala Center Cebu on 01/26/2014 and have had nothing but trouble with it since. Your service provider (E-COOL PHIL SERVICES CORPORATION) have been here no less then three times first on 01/31/2014 to install the A/C unit and showed up with only half the tooling need to do a decent and professional job (no vacuum pump, minimal hand tools and skill) invoice # 5696, after calling since August 2014 with many, many phone calls and hang ups by your provider the second was on 01/07/2015 your service provider (E-COOL PHIL SERVICES CORPORATION) sent someone all they did was charge the unit and didn't fix the leak and not bothering to look up the error coed (E1) this how E-COOL dose business I am disturbed, you can look back at your records to invoice #7223 and see that here was no repair just a bad patch with no regard for your costumer (ME) just a quick fix (not professional at all) and then again on 02/20/15 invoice # 000099 which was no better and the same results as before it works for a short time only. Having recharged it every time and now it needs a charge again I would like it to know why almost no one in the Philippines has any pride in their work and I have tried to call numerous times and can get no one to answer and when they answer I am hung up on as soon as start to explain the problem (I do not use profanity when I call ever). I NEED THIS FIXED NOW the same code is on the led (E1) as the first time and all the rest this needs to be addressed you need to send a technician not a slightly trained monkey like the last three times and when you send someone I hope they will have the proper tools to fix my a/c (vacuum pump, O-ring kit to fix the leak and all associated hand tools) I will not be lending the next bunch anything. I am going to build another house soon I don't think I will be using any of your products again if you cannot or will not fix what you sell. Thank you for your time RRSimpson
