This service is offered once trees or plants in public areas in Cebu are hazardous to the general public. This is under the mandates of Philippine Presidential Decree 953. Trees or branches of trees that harm or endanger the public are cut for safety.

- Letter request from the concerned individual. However, request may be done through phone call especially when it needs immediate action or the safety of the public is at risk.
