REQUIREMENT/S:
- For new clients: None
- For Previous clients: ECCD card

| 1. Get priority number & hand in ECCD card | 1. Receives the ECCD card w/ the priority number | BHW | 30 seconds |
| 2.Wait for your number to be called | 2. Retrieves the HC records | BHW | 5 minutes |
| 3. Go to the admission area for interview / vital signs. | 3. Gathers and records data and takes vital signs | BHW | 5 minutes |
| 4. Go to Cord dressing area. | 4. Performs cord dressing to newborn babies | PHM | 5 minutes |
| 5. Proceed to Immunization area | 5. Provides immunization & records in the ECCD card and HC file | PHN / PHM | 5 minutes |
| 6. Listens to the instructions given and the date of the next scheduled visit. | 6. Gives instructions on the immunizations given and set scheduled date of next visit | PHN / PHM | 3 minutes |
