- Subdivision Plan with vicinity map
- Transfer Certificate of Title
- Extra Judicial Partition, Deed of Donation & Sale
PROCEDURES ON REQUEST OR APPLY FOR SIMPLE SUBDIVISION PERMIT IN CEBU
