Ikano Property acquires 11 residential buildings with 1200 apartments in Hagsätra, Stockholm. The renovations under way is completed by Ikano Rentals. Sellers are Swedish homes.
Ikano Property expands in Stockholm. Already owns and manages 1800 apartments in Bandhagen including 500 in Hagsätra. Ikano Property has also built apartments in Bjursätragatan in Rågsved, where the last phase was completed early this year.
