McDonald's Philippines called their online ordering service, "McDelivery". It is open 24 hours a day. To order your favorite McDonald's meals, burgers, twister fries and alike, you can follow these simple steps below.

1. Go to http://www.mcdelivery.com.ph. This is the official e-commerce (online ordering) website of McDonald's Philippines.
   
2. Foods are categorized as BURGERS, CHICKEN, DESSERTS, EXTRAS, DRINKS, and NEW OFFERS. You can choose any food you like under these categories. Just drag your choosen food and drop it in the food tray. So easy! After you drop a food into the food tray, the amount of the food to be paid is automatically indicated and totaled.
   
3. After you choose all the foods you want to order, fill up the "Delivery Information" located at the right side of the website.
   
4. When you're finished, click the "I'M DONE" button and you're done.

Payment in cash shall be made upon delivery.
Delivery Hours - 24hrs for Metro Manila and Metro Cebu only.
