To do business here in Cebu, Philippines, it is required to secure the following business permit.

PERMIT APPLICATIONS

When applying for a business permit, you have to secure a copy (or download from here) then fill out these basic permit application forms:

1. New Business Form Application(as of 11-23-2010)[Download]
2. Renewal Business Form Application (as of 11-23-2010)  [Download]

NOTE: You should accomplish the forms in three (3) copies. The new Application forms for Business Permit need not to be notarized.
