Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) appoints Tim-Chiu Richard Leung as Member of the Board of Directors

During the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) Board of Directors Meeting held on March 26, 2012, the Board appoints Mr. Tim-Chiu as Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Tim-Chiu Richard Leung has over thirty (30) years of experience in the financial services industry working for companies such as the UBS AG in Hong Kong where he served as Managing Director (Wealth Management CEO China) and seconded to UBS Securities of China as Head of Wealth Management. He also worked for the DBS Bank Ltd. where he served as Managing Director, Country Head of China and Vice-Chairman of China Strategy Committee. Other companies he has worked for are the Delta Asia Financial Group, HSBC Bank USA, Citibank N.A. and Hang Seng Bank Limited.
