How to Pay Your Bills Online through Unionbank

Online payment of your bills (electric, water, internet, telephone bills and other bills) is getting a lot of attention and is increasing because of the tremendous increase of internet users in the Philippines. People opt to pay their bills online than going to the physical office or payment centers and fall in line (traditional way which is more time and money wasting). Paying your bills online is easy and you don't need a very high IQ just to use the computer, surf the internet and pay your bills. Just follow the simple steps below. In this part, I'm going to use the Unionbank (you can use other banks having online banking sytem such as Banco de Oro or BDO, Metrobank, Bank of the Philippine Islands or BPI, Chinabank, Landbank, PNB and other known banks in the Philippines). Online payment of bills of these banks is pretty the same as the Unionbank. As long as you know how to read and understand, you will easily get acquainted on how to use the features of an online banking system of a certain bank such as Unionbank because they are very user-friendly.

Now, let me tell you the steps on how to pay your bills online through a Unionbank EON account (for example is paying your PLDT telephone bill).

1. It is assumed that you are already enrolled and registered in the Unionbank EON account and your account has money on it sufficient to pay your bill. If your not yet registered in the Unionbank EON website, be sure to register first. If you are already registered, be sure to:

Go to http://www.unionbankph.com > EON > EON Cyber Account Log-in

Log-in entering your User ID and PIN, then click Submit button

2. You are now logged-in and go to the BILLS (checked with color red below). This is the feature you will use anytime you want to pay your bills or utilities.

3. You are now redirected to this page. Go the Pay Bill.

4. Then go to Search Biller. You are going to find or search your Biller where you are going to pay your bill (as what we use as an example is paying your PLDT telephone bills).

5. View all Available Billers.

6. Then search the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company. Click it.

7. Supply the following information in the blanks/fields.

8. After completely filling in the blanks. Click the Pay button. And you will receive a Cyber Receipt confirming your successful transaction of paying your bill online.
