How long before money remittance expires in MLhuillier?

You may wonder if the money remittance in MLhuillier does have an expiry?

If it has, for how long will it expire?

Answer

The remittance in MLhuillier has NO EXPIRATION. Expiration of remittance is not mentioned in MLhuillier (ML) Kwarta Padala Terms and Conditions.

But if the money remittance is NOT PICKED UP AFTER ONE (1) MONTH, MLhuillier will deduct ₱500 service fee per month. This is what they stated in their Terms and Conditions No. 13:
13. Should the sender decide to cancel his/her transaction, he/she must submit a written request to MLFSI for the cancellation of the said transaction. MLFSI will refund the principal amount of the money transfer only. MLFSI will refund the charges upon written request of the sender only if the money transfer is not available to the recipient within seven (7) days from the time it was sent. To the extend allowed by the law, MLFSI may deduct a service fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500) per month from money transfers that are not picked up after one month from the time it was sent.

Note: MLFSI refers to MLhuillier.
So, it's better to claim the money within 30 days after it was sent to avoid the service charge.

Do you think ₱500 service fee of MLhuillier for unclaimed remittance after 30 days is too high? Let us know what you think below? - https://www.affordablecebu.com/

Yes, P500 service fee is too much. TOO MUCH. It doesn't make sense. Money arent goods which can be rotten or what, so why do you have to deduct P500 especially during these times?? You have to understand that there are reasons as to why people wont be able to pick up the money!!!!!!

Hi ask ko lang kung same treatment lang yung pag-remmit ng pera mula sa ayuda (DSWD-SAP) ng gobyerno dun sa regular money remittance transaction, i mean nag-expire din po yun?
