Success is more than your next promotion or salary increase. Success is a journey of becoming what you want and having and doing what you love. When we are children we are often asked “What do you want to be when you grow-up? It’s really what you want, and if in your journey, there are things that might change what you wanted as a child, that is what we call molding. You are being molded to the person you want to become through experiences,situations you are in and of course your day to day activities interacting with others.
Salary matters, benefits and bonuses but doing what you don’t want is a daily torture and I am very positive, you will never be effective no matter how smart, how expert you are. For me, to be a success is doing what you love most, accepting the world as it is and rise above it.
