I am also a plus size person so every time I see delicious food especially at the malls, fiestas, birthdays or other special occasion I can't help it but to lose control and forget the words "Diet!.." I did everything I can I skip 2 meals in the morning I only eat bread and milk. While in the evening I eat oats but instead of losing weight and deprive myself for the delicious food I more and more gain weights..It's kind of annoying though..
So I try to research some basic food that can help me to lose weight..As what I researched that some daily foods we usually see on our fridge are the food that can help us lose weight..

1. OATS
Some people are confused if oats is a carbo or not..Yes or No..

We have also do a basic exercise ... or you can do walking or running that's the best and basic exercise we usually encounter into our daily routine.
6. CINNAMON
This simple spice appears to have the power to help your body metabolize sugar, according to surprising data that came out of a USDA study involving diabetics.
Eating as little as 1/4 to 2 teaspoons of cinnamon a day was found to reduce blood sugar levels and cut cholesterol from 10 to 25 percent. So add cinnamon to smoothies, sprinkle it on your cereal, or flavor your coffee with it -- particularly if you take your coffee with cream and sugar.
The cinnamon will boost the health benefits of the coffee while helping your body rid itself of the added sugars.

So that's the 7 basic helpful tips in losing weight.. I am hoping that for those plus size people like me will not think that food is an enemy and will deprived themselves not to eat..I guess depriving oneself in terms of food sometimes feel us more depressed than being healthy and happy..
So how about start this basic tips will help us step by step to control our body excess..such as cholesterol , fats, oil and sugar..
But the key to this tips is on how happy we are doing this and on how determined we are...this will help us become more beautiful and sexy inside and out.. Love yourself first...be confident.! Don't force yourself doing this tips if you are not happy and determined because it will cause us to destroy our health..
