| Hello Ottoson. First of all, you should not eat more than you can burn. Start your day by drinking 2 cups of warm water water in the morning, serving of fruits, then whatever you want to. You can eat all you want in breakfast, moderation at lunch. Eat dinner at around 6 pm. Do not eat 4 hours before you sleep as the foods that you will be eating beyond this time will just turn into fats once you sleep.

| it has been a struggle for me to lose weight but it is really worth it since after you are able to achieve your goal you will really feel good about yourself. i guess the best advice i could give is really dedication and patience becasue it does not come easy. you really need to focus on reducing your food intake and be more conscious at what you eat and try to be dedicated with doing some exercises as well no matter how simple it is at least 30mins of jogging a day will really go a long way. goodluck!
