The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 lists the following offenses as punishable acts:

Computer-related offenses: Computer-related forgery, computer-related fraud, and computer-related identity theft;
Content-related offenses: Cybersex, child pornography, unsolicited commercial communications, and libel; and
Other offenses: Aiding or abetting in the commission of cybercrime and attempt in the commission of cybercrime.
