How to replace knock sensor?

How to replace knock sensor? I have a 2006 F-150 with the 5.4L Triton engine. The engine code said there was a bad knock sensor at an auto store. I now know there is two knock sensors if I’m not mistaken. I’m wondering how to locate and change both of them? I will determine which one is bad today but might as well replace both.
