1995 Chevrolet G20 Van - Steering column replacement?

1995 Chevrolet G20 Van - Steering column replacement? In attempt to change the lock cylinder, I used loan tools from auto part store and now the bent tension bolts of the steering wheel puller are left broken inside the steering wheel, flush with nothing to grab with vice grips, leaving me no way to get the steering wheel off. Do I now have to replace the steering column, or what do I do now?
