1979 chevy k-20: How to replace steering column ignition module

1979 chevy k-20: How to replace steering column ignition module truck wont start. Turn key and nothing. No click nothing. Checked battery, ok. Jumped solenoid. Ok turns starter. Fuses appear ok. Replaced ignition key cylinder on steering column. Still nothing. Have headlights and horn but nothing else. Checked clutch pedal switch. Ok. Maybe it is ignition module on the steering column. Fusible links appear ok also. Any ideas out there ??
