Why does the Wifi not switch on?

Why does the Wifi not switch on? My Sony Xperia E3 Single Sim phone wifi does not switch on. Please help me repair this.

hi i have tried everything but when i try put WiFi on its light blue rather than dark blue like everthing else it a xperia e3 i have even reset my phone but nothing is helping
