Why does an error message keep popping up?

Why does an error message keep popping up? An error message saying my dialer has stopped working keeps popping up. It gives you an option of send a report or don't send and it pops right back up after you pick one of the options.

Go to settings then go to apps after that go to running apps and uninstall up date on input sense
