Where is the wiper relay?

Where is the wiper relay?

My wipers recently went out on my Focus. I have checked voltage at the wiper motor and have DC coming in on all wires but the black/white. It's either due to a bad wiper relay or the wiper/washer switch. I would like to check the relay before breaking into the steering column, but I cannot find it. The wires go into the distribution box, but I cannot find out where. The web has advised the relays are under the dash, but they are not.

My wipers went out on me, as soon as I turned my car off. I would like to know, What's the number on the fuse for my wipers. On a Ford Focus, 2007.
