Screen replacement, non functioning touch input, Alcatel idol 3 (6039)

I have an Alcatel One Touch Idol three the screen is cracked, the display still works but the touch input no longer works. Could you tell me if I need to replace the LCD and the glass panel or if I only have to replace the glass panel. I have had difficulties finding the part on the internet. Any help on finding or and replacing this would be helpful.

I have alcatel idol 3 and i tried to open watsapp and it didnt open and i tried to restart the phone it is just restarting but not taking me to the main screen. I dont want to loose the data , photos and videos ..Is there anyway someone can help me fix it? From quite a few days it is warning me that there is no space please clean it...Is it becoz of full memory?

you may find moving stuff (pictures, music and videos) to a SD card frees up some space. I use SanDisk Memory Zone and also move some apps to SD card with App Manager Pro III. Both are from Google Play Store and they free quite a lot of internal memory. If these apps won't load, you may need to uninstall apps to make room, and then if successful, re-install them
