Screen replacement causes digitizer to not work

Screen replacement causes digitizer to not work We are a repair shop and we have tried replacing the screens on this model a few times xt1929-17 and every time the digitizer doesn’t respond on the new lcd has anyone experienced this issue or come up with a fix?

You have to do a hard restart. It’s the only way I’ve found to do it.
