Phone won't turn on it frozen by logo "BLU Bold like us"? When I turn my phone on it frozen by the "BLU Bold like us " logo.I trying to hard reset with "hold" the power bottom and volume up.then I get the hard reset menu, but not full from only with 3 options

Not sure how to fix my pH after it starts doesn't go to icon on desktop just the logo at the front

This phone will not come on at all. Will you please help me to turn it on. And I try to set my Google that won't come on at all.
