Accoring to the service manual that's a bias cap for the microphone...how does removing this solve the problem of the reboot screen and what's the impact on the mic when you go to use the phone again?

I want to ask. Everytime I start up my GT-1200T it's keep on booting or the samsung word keeps on appearing. How can I solve this?
