No power and it cannot be charge The unit does not have power and it doesnt charge..The unit is barely almost a month only

I found that when I plug in a cord, the tab inside the receiving port keeps popping out of position. Only a small piece of metal is what holds it in place. Obviously it is not strong enough to retain the tab in place. My next step is to try and epoxy the tab. I wish I was Antman in these circumstances.
