My mobile is alcatel onetouch locked its locked and require username and password but i forgot it

Short answer is yes.

If you hard reset using the hardware keys (or factory restore from the Settings menu) then all your data and downloaded apps will be erased.

If you can still access into the phone, backup the phone to the cloud or a computer before performing a reset by using the phone’s backup feature (see Settings menu)"
