mobile network not available worked this moring when calling to doctor but not working now at 3pm still can't get work.

How do connect to the internet

Which sim do you have. go to setting and mobile network and try manual search for mobile network. and look for your network and register it. Or go to setting sim management and then disable sim and then again reactive it. or lastly remove sim and insert again.
