HP-41CV Calculator not turning on

HP-41CV Calculator not turning on

Hi all, last time I used it was 30+ years ago and it was in perfect condition. Always kept it in its case in dry and dark storage without batteries. I bought fresh batteries but the calculator does not power on. Any suggestion? Thanks
