How to get back the IMEI

How to get back the IMEI My LG Optimus G has lost the IMEI after dropping from the chair. The IMEI in My Phone Identity menu said "Unknown" and so did the IMEI SV. The networking is normal, I can access the internet but I cannot have the phone call although the phone has simcard and memory card. My floor is made of ceramic. What can I do to repair my phone.
