H2NO Shell has "worn patches", can I fix them?

H2NO Shell has "worn patches", can I fix them? I have a Nano winter jacket for 2 years and the H2NO outer shell has worn patches in the back due to my laptop backpack. Didn’t think this would be an issue. Love the jacket, but want to see if this can be repaired.
