ear speaker is not working, but loudspeaker and headphone is fine.

ear speaker is not working, but loudspeaker and headphone is fine. When i make call or receive a call, i'm not hearing anything on the ear piece, if i use it in Loud speaker and ear phone its working fine, What is the issues? how to fix this?

the SIM card is loose I put a little piece of paper on top to fix this
