Does not charge if kept on?

Does not charge if kept on? My Micromax Canvas 110Q is just 7 month old and now it does not charge when phone is ON. After switching OFF the phone it will charge, but someties it shows low battery after full charging. Restarting again will show battery as 100%. I had installed DU Battery saver app from the start. Can it be the software problem and should I uninstall the DU app?

That would be my first guess, try uninstalling and let us know what happens.

same problem here , i have not installed any saver app but facing the same problem.Mobile is charging in switch off mode only, what can be the reason please tell ASAP ?
