Deaf man needs to make a kitchen timer with a flashing light

Deaf man needs to make a kitchen timer with a flashing light I am a senior who has lost his hearing. I have several kitchen timers BUT many times I do not hear them go off. Is it possible to make/buy a digital screen timer with a flashing light for the alarm ? PS: timer would ideally be in minutes and seconds, up to a max of 2 hours.

Basically, you control the light via your smartphone Apple App Store - Philips Hue

Using the App you can gang up a few lights that alter their light color or on/off at set times. Using a few Siri scripts you can create a bunch of preset timers you could select. You can place the lights around your home so no matter where you are you can see the alarms alert.
