Cannot turn mobile data on

Cannot turn mobile data on My daughters cannot make any phone calls, nor can she text from her phone. The Mobile Date field is no longer highlighted. Any idea on how to fix that, or what causes that? We just got the phone 4 months ago:-(

Oh It Happens Sometimes Go To Settings Then More Then Mobile Network Then Activate Data Connection ( The Solution Of This Problem Is Just Turn The Data Connection At Settings ) I Hope It Works...
