Broken SIM adapter stuck

"Had to completely dismantle the phone including the module that holds the camera.

I was able to access the back part of the broken adapter. Note: The adapter has a hole in the middle of it. It appeared to have been caught on the SIM contacts of something else in there.

The problem I have now is how to assemble all this. This part of disassembly is not covered in the iFixit article.

Would appreciate any assistance or references to this. A detailed part list would be helpful."
