Broken LCD screen repair!

Broken LCD screen repair! I have a droid Razr with a broken LCD... we found a replacement phone and tried to swap out the lcd from that phone and put it in the broken one... during this time it was impossible to separate the lcd from the front screen and the good lcd cracked as well.. We are looking for a cheap place to repair the phone since all seem so expensive. Any suggestions?

Kathryn Russell, as you already discovered, the LCD, digitizer and the glass are fused. They should be replaced as one unit. The cheapest price for the assembly is around $180. So, it all depends what cheap means to you :-) If you are looking for anyone to repair it for you, you may want to Google it and see if there is anyone close to your geographical location.
