Why won't my laptop charge properly?

I have the same problem. I just use my laptop 9 months. but now it's dont want charging (just keep 0%) and the battery indicator flashes. Do replace a new battery can be more durable ? Then how the technic of using the batteries so it's can be durable?

My ASUS R510C Notebook PC does not power up if I disconnect it from my household electrical receptacle. Do I need a new battery
