Water in screen - chamber was not locked

The chamber was not closed when submerged and water is now trapped in the screen; can I repair?

Cheryl Young  use this guide Fujifilm XP20 LCD Screen Replacement to at least get into your camera. You will most likely having to disassemble the coomplete camera and clean everything with a 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Evalaute everything else for water damage and in the meantime do not try to turn your camera on. This may just shorten thing out further.
