Split Word/PDF files into multiple documents?

Split Word/PDF files into multiple documents? I created a business card design on Word, each side of the card as one 85x55mm page. Most printers seem to want it in PDF file which is easy, but they sometimes want each side as a different document.

If you're using Office 2007, you can install this Microsoft Add-in for converting to PDF, or update to Office 2007 SP2 that has this add-in included, as said here.
