Sapphire Screen Replacement Possible? Is it possible to replace the Ion-X screen in the Apple Watch Sport with a Sapphire Screen? When will screens be available for purchase?

You can. But, as far as I know you can't replace just the glass touch screen due to a software issue, you'd have to replace the whole OLED screen.

I have replace my screen on a Series 1 42mm with a sapphire screen and its the same screen only changes the digitalizer so it fits perfectly, i have bought the screen in Aliexpress but i think you can buy it here.
