No signal to monitors. But computer starts up

Hello. So, yesterday I played a game. And somehow the electricity stopped in my room for a few seconds. Then when everything came back on I powered on my computer and got no signal to my monitors. The computer starts up and all the fans are spinning (except for the graphics cards fans). I've tried taking out the GPU and putting it back in, no luck. Also tried disconnecting the power cord, no luck. Even took out the battery on the motherboard (my friend suggested it) But still no luck. I’m afraid that the GPU gave up. But how could that happen? From a power out.. So I turn here. Thanks for your time.

"Did you try resetting your PSU?

Unplug power cord, press and hold power button on PC for 30-60 .

Plug in power cord and power on."
