My screen popped out

My screen popped out Dropped my Apple Watch and the screen popped out. It separated below the gasket and touch sensor as the screen an touch are still working even while separated from the phone. Anyone else experienced this? I’m stumped.

I have the same problem the screen popped out but the force touch sensor adhesive gasket remained intact. Including a picture for reference
